4. Media Release:
I understand that as part of my/my child's participation in the Green Edventures, photos, videos, and quotations may be taken for use in publications and reports about the program. I further understand that members of the news media invited to cover the program may take photos, videos and quotations. I grant permission to use such materials for the promotion of the program.

5. Baja Mexico Sea Quest Program Summary:

• I acknowledge that the tuition is $1995 ($1795 if enrolled by June 15th) and is all inclusive from San Jose del Cabo (SJD) or La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico (LAP) with meals, lodging, equipment, instruction, activities, ground transport, carbon credits and tips, BUT does NOT include round trip airfare to SJD or LAP (approx $500-$700+), personal spending money, or travel insurance.
• I understand that I can pay the tuition installments by mail via money order, cashier checks and personal checks made payable to GREEN EDVENTURES or by credit card using PayPal.
• I understand that a $25 late fee will be added to my tuition balance for each payment not received by Green Edventures on the agreed upon due date(s) plus any applicable fees incurred by Green Edventures from its subcontractors that result from my late payment(s).
• I acknowledge that should I choose to pay with a credit card; a 3% service charge will be added to each electronic payment.
• I acknowledge that payments to Green Edventures are non-refundable. If I need to withdraw before the trip, I can try to find a substitute for my place on the trip. Certain restrictions apply and Green Edventures reserves the right to deny substitutions. I will contact Green Edventures to discuss my options.
• I acknowledge that I must purchase travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, trip interruption, missed connection, emergency medical care, and emergency medical evacuation. This can be done via Cari Reuman, a Travel Agent at Ambassador Travel Agency. Purchase insurance within 15 days of your deposit date for maximum benefits. • I understand that I must be paid in full by March 15th (spring programs) or May 15th (summer programs) in order to participate in the program.
• I will be sure to contact Green Edventures with special circumstances should they arise.
• All groups are required to use Ambassador Travel to arrange their travel arrangements to ensure accuracy of arrival and departure times. Group leaders will work with participants' families to determine a time of year to purchase airline tickets. Groups typically purchase airfare between October and February and participants should be ready to purchase plane tickets at any time during this period to take advantage of low fares and/or convenient flights. Once a date has been determined, the Group leader will select an itinerary that best meets the needs of the group. Participants' families will pay Ambassador Travel directly for airline tickets and/or travel insurance.

6. Payment Terms and Agreement:
Read the selections below and choose one of the payment options and then choose one of the payment terms. Reminder, a $25 late fee will be added to the tuition balance for each payment not received by Green Edventures on the agreed upon due date(s) plus any applicable fees incurred by Green Edventures from its subcontractors that result from late payment(s). Returned checks will be issued the late fee plus any applicable bank fees.

7. Participant Contract:

Participant, review each item of the contract below. If you do not understand or agree with any of these items, please contact us. We are happy to explain why we have these expectations.

Our approach is to offer learning, adventure and group experience within the boundaries of safety, common sense and the law. While participating in program activities, students must follow directions. Unsafe actions taken by any participant are grounds for dismissal. Parents please go over each item with your son or daughter.

The participant:

• Agrees to be flexible, patient and open-minded in the face of new challenging situations.
• Agrees to participate positively and fully in all group meetings and activities. Participants may opt out of any activity on site if he/she feel that the his/her skill level is not adequate to participate or if he/she feels that his/her safety is threatened. A participant who chooses not to participate in an activity will not be given a refund.
• Will commit to the successful implementation of all conservation and service learning projects.
• Will make his/her best effort to work and live respectively with others within and outside the group.
• Agrees to maintain group cohesion by not becoming involved in any exclusive behaviors, including being part of a clique, getting involved in a romantic relationship or isolating myself from the group in any way.
• Will respect and care for the property or Green Edventures, its subcontractors, and the group.
• Agrees to forgo the possession and /or consumption of tobacco products, un-prescribed drugs or alcohol of any kind.
• Will abide by all safety policies and curfews set fourth by the leaders and not leave their supervision without their permission.
• Acknowledges that Green Edventures reserves the right to dismiss those who break this contract or who we believe have become a hindrance to the program.
• Who withdraws, or who is dismissed will be sent home without a refund, un-chaperoned at their own expense. Green Edventures and Ambassador Travel Agency will do its best to arrange for the airline to treat the student as an unaccompanied minor by the airline. In such instances, any additional fees will be the responsibility of the participant's family.

8. Program Development:

Program development continues throughout the year after the activities descriptions on our web site have been posted. Green Edventures reserves the right to modify or change any aspect of the program as new opportunities arise or practical considerations require the itinerary, destinations or other aspects of the trip to change. Green Edventures will do its best to notify group leaders, parents and participants of any substantive changes before the trip begins. Green Edventures reserves the right to cancel any program that does not enroll a minimum number of students. Participants will not be instructed to purchase airfare until the minimum number of students have been enrolled. In such instances participants will be offered space in any other program that still have space available or a full refund of tuition payments made less any late fees. In instances which a program has to be abruptly ended for reasons beyond our control there will be no program fee refund and any additional costs will be borne by the participant / participant's family.

9. Activities and Risks

I certify that I /my son or daughter am/is in excellent heath, and I/my child have/has no physical, emotional, or mental disability which will prevent me/my child from participating in activities during the trip.

(For minors) I hereby grant permission for my child to participate in all activities organized by or through Green Edventures.

I understand and agree that this document will be interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada not including its law of conflict of law. I further agree that the courts of Nevada in a venue located in Clark County shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute and/or controversy of whatsoever nature arising out of or relating to this Registration, including the liability release, or my participation in any Green Edventures' activity, and that accordingly, any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to any such matter shall be brought in such courts. I agree and understand that Green Edventures LLC. uses subcontractors to provide guide service and equipment. Liability waivers from these subcontractors will be provided before the trip and will be required to participate in that activity on site. In such cases where Green Edventures uses a subcontractor to provide service, I acknowledge that Green Edventures is not responsible or liable for their instruction, guides, or equipment in any way.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

I, including parent, understand that this is the entire Agreement between myself and the Green Edventures and its representatives, including the Released Parties, and that it cannot be modified or changed in any way by the representations or statements of any employee or agent of Green Edventures LLC, or by me. My electronic signature below indicates that I have read this entire document, understand it completely, and agree to be bound by its terms.
